How did you get into coaching?
I've been a goalkeeper since the age of 4 playing at several academies and professional clubs in the UK such as Chester City, Wrexham and as a Trainee at Crewe Alexandra, where I started my coaching badges at age 16 and began working with the academy’s young keepers by the age of 18. I moved to the US to coach in 2003 and have since coached for the David Beckham Academy in LA...Goalkeeper Director for NJ Crush FC, PA Rush as well as coaching for Princeton SA and Cedar Stars Academy before opening up my own GK school in 2016.
What brought you to BTSC?
Recently moved to Whitehouse Station, NJ, and explored which local clubs may need GK assistance.
What current or former coach/manager (of any sport) do you admire and why?
As a huge Manchester United fan: Sir Alex Ferguson, he changed the whole dynamic of our club with his passion, vision and belief in younger players to make the grade at the top level.
What is the best part of coaching?
Seeing the kids absorb your information and executing it in real time!!
What do you want your players to know about you?
I am a fun coach, I am interactive, this sport is my life but I also demand the best!
